Therapy Haus is a registered practice providing holistic psychological support to children and youth with mild to complex social, emotional and behavioural difficulties (including DSM-5 and ICD-11 diagnoses). We offer a range of therapeutic services including Play Therapy, Talk Therapy, and comprehensive Psychological Assessments. Whether you're seeking healing, change or greater insight we'll support your child on their therapeutic journey. All sessions take place in our fully equipped practice rooms in Claremont, Cape Town.

Chantele’s adept experience and astute understanding of this young demographic have established her as a respected clinician in her field. "As a therapist, I invest in the wellbeing of every child and youth under my care. Whilst walking this journey alongside them, I aim to kindle a sense of hope, resilience, and agency that will serve them well throughout their lives."

Our Approach
At Therapy Haus, we take a holistic/whole-person approach to therapy. Taking all aspects of the client's life into account. The family, home and school environment form integral parts of our identity and are therefore explored in therapy. Furthermore, our therapeutic lens is one of authenticity, trust and unconditional positive regard as we offer a judgement free space for clients to explore their internal and external worlds, without shame or reprimand.

We employ well researched, age-appropriate psychotherapies to guide sessions and optimize therapeutic outcomes. These are listed herewith and are blended for the unique need of each client. While these are fundamental and ensure an ethical process, a trusting therapeutic relationship between the client and therapist as well as client buy-in are key to enhanced outcomes.
